Dr. Ahmed Basha is a Veterinarion (DMV) at Tera Losa Animal Clinic. He grew up in a small city surrounded by many farms and he recalls visiting them and watching all the beautiful creatures. This gave him an opporturtunity to watch other veterinarians treating and helping the animals. On many occasions he would watch them help the cows and horses deliver babies and when they were done everyone watching would clap. Dr. Basha says “I guess this is what made me want to be like them.” His favorite sport is swimming and he also likes caring for his yard.
Tricia is a Client Service Representative / Veterinary Medical Assistant (CSR/VMA) Her passion for animals was there since she was a child. Her mother says she always wanted to be a veterinarian, but she couldn’t form her words properly so she always said she wanted to become a “vegetarian.” In the future, she plans on going into school for an AHT role, and possibility schooling for DVM! She has three large families and with all of those families, she grew up around many animals. Her dad had two doves for his magic career, her uncle had three cats, and her auntie owned a horse ranch. She grew very fond of animals as they are sweet, caring, creatures who ask for nothing but compassion and a friend. (Maybe a bag of food every often!) In her spare time, she does professional photography under a self-owned business, watches scary movies with her boyfriend and hamster, and eat lots of pizza!
Nermeen is a Vet in Training at Tera Losa and she says “I am very passionate about animals and all the positive things they bring to us and our earth.” She cannot imagine what it would be like if we didn’t have all these amazing creatures. Nermeen is very thankful that she gets to help them out every single day. When she isn’t at the clinic in her spare time she reads, travels, and loves spending time with family and friends.
Morgan works as a VMA/CSR at the Clinic. Growing up she always loved animals. She recalls how she asked for a Dog every Christmas and although that never did happen four years ago her family adopted a dog from the EHS. After taking a year off of high school she found the VMA (veterinary medical assistant) program and thought “I would love to work with animals.” In her spare time Morgan can be found reading books and a playing with her dog.
Cricket is a 9 month old green conure. She was adopted by Andreya and Courtney and they have graciously let us enjoy her company! She can be pretty quiet, but when she wants attention she sure can sing! She loves Moose and Bandit, and like most big brothers they tolerate her. So far she can play "upside down birdy", "stick em up", purr, and say her name.
Bandit is our "kitty receptionist" and came to us from SNAP when he was 2 years old. He has many stories to tell, even when we are tired of listening to them. Dont be fooled by his grumpy face, he loves laying across our arms for a cuddle -but only when its his idea.
Moose is our "resident greeter" and came to our clinic from SNAP when he was 3 years old. He loves to give snuggles and hugs, but sometimes its just a way to steal your lunch. He constantly asks to go outside on his leash, and everyone that passes him stops to give him cuddles. He can be quit the escape artist, but never goes father than the Donair Station down the sidewalk.
